After 43 years with the company, Ken Greenhall, Managing Director retired at the end May.

Ken joined JH Richards in 1972 as an engineering apprentice. In July 1996 he became Manufacturing Director and then Managing Director in 2012.

After much soul searching Ken decided that it is the right time to retire.

The Board of Directors in accepting his resignation expressed their gratitude for his energetic service over this period of time, a real gentleman who led by example with great skill and integrity.

J H Richards is very proud to announce that it has been certified to the coveted ISO-14001:2004 Environmental Management standard by the UKAS accredited company CCAS.

He added that ”We have significantly reduced the waste being sent to land fill and reduced our Carbon footprint every year for the last three years.
